How It Works
When you provide a text summary, IntelliSession uses that summary, along with prior therapy notes for the client, to generate the new therapy note.
Your text summary can be as short or as detailed as you like.
Benefits of Using a Text Summary Instead of a Recording
Although IntelliSession is fully HIPAA compliant, the client still needs to consent to being recorded. That may be a concern for some clients who do not want their sessions recorded. It may also be a concern when working with children, if you feel that neither the child's consent nor the parent's consent is sufficient for recording.
How to Provide a Text Summary
Navigate to https://intellisessionai.com/notes
Click Generate Note to open the note creation dialog box
Select the Text tab at the bottom
Type out the text summary
Complete the remaining fields and click Create
FAQs
Can I Upload Both a Text Summary and Audio?
Yes. You can attach both audio and text when generating a note.
If you have already attached audio, click the + (plus) icon to add another input. A new box will appear below the one containing the audio input.
Switch the lower box to the Text tab and add your text summary.
