Using IntelliSession
Initiate Capture at Start of Session
IntelliSession has a secure built-in audio recorder, but you may use any recorder you want and upload a file instead.
Create Note at End of Session
Once the session is over, end the capture to create a note. Specify a template and the number of clients.
Copy Over to Your EHR
Copy the various sections of your generated note over to your EHR (e.g. SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, etc).
Customize the Format for Your Needs
Different EHRs have different textboxes. In your Example Notes, add every such textbox you wish to be generated.
